I am not a tech geek so please keep it simple. My Razer Nari headset doesn't work with Microsoft Teams. All sound settings match. Works fine with Ring Central phone. What is the problem? How do I fix it?

    As long as the speakers have a sound output active Within the Microsoft teams application, there should be a setting to enable the sound
