Hi, when I connect my DeathStalkerV2 Pro to my PC via the 2.4Ghz dongle I get the following issues:

  1. Sometimes my key presses don’t register.
  2. Sometimes my key presses are registered twice.

When I connect via bluetooth i don’t get the above issues.

Please help.

I’d try update firmware if you don’t have the latest version: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6249

Also you can put your dongle on the table (via provided cable extension), and check if it’s some signal issue etc. Be aware, that other 2.4GHz devices (such as wifi routers, microwaves, BT devices) can interfere with 2.4GHz signal (but also USB 3.0 devices can interfere with the signal).

Hi FiszPL, thanks for helping. Stay awesome!

Hello lucerokristian,

To further isolate the problem, please test the device on your PC with Razer Synapse disabled. Also, plug the keyboard directly into the computer, not on a USB hub. Feel free to PM me if you need additional assistance. All the best!
