I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. How do I fix this problem?

Thanks for letting us know about this. Where specifically did you purchase your headset? Let me know via PM along with its serial number so I can validate in our database and check the registration.
