Misdelivery of a package

Hello!

I wanted to know what happens when I place an order with my correct address and somehow my order ends up with a different shipping label and sent to a completely different state and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered to that wrong address on the label with no signature and the evidence is on the website with the picture delivered to an address on a different state. Every time i contact support to get an update about it I see a new case opened up in my profile and Im already at 3 tickets trying to solve this like how does that happen? Do I get a replacement or is my only legal option to file claim and disupute with my credit card company with the evidence that I did not receive the package to the correct address? I just want my son to be comfortable while gaming after his chemo sessions and I am STRESSED OUT and tired. Support has been kind of good but the messages seem very generic like "we are working on it" but thats all I get with no information as to how the internal team is going to handle the misdelivery due to a wrong shipping label print :(
