Support staff,
I recently missed my shipment of my Razer Leviathan V2 X.
It was listed as arriving on August 17.
I was out for a medical procedure and returned home on 8/15. In plenty of time to be home for the 8/17 date.
When I get home there is a note on my door from FedEx saying they tried to deliver on 8/12, 13 and 14th and that the package is on it’s way back to the shipper.
Well before the 8/17 date.
How can I get this package turned back around to me?
Had I known it would arrive so early I would have made arrangements with my neighbors.
Is there anything you can do?
