Missing 7.1 Activation Code for Razer BlackShark V2 X

Hi Razer Support team,

I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I couldn't find the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code (scratch card) in the box. I have already registered my product on my Razer ID account, but I still haven't received any email with the code.

Could you please help me get a new activation code? I am ready to provide my Serial Number (S/N) and proof of purchase via private message.

Let me check on that. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with the email address associated with your Razer ID so I can verify it in our system and check the registration details?
