I purchased two new Razer BlackShark V2 headphones from Amazon and both boxes are missing the surround activation code. How do I get this replaced? Do I just need to return them?

Hi Mike! The Razer Blackshark V2's audio settings can be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0 only. Please refer to the screenshot below:
