Missing 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code - BlackShark V2 X - S/N:

Dear Razer Support Team,

I recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X Wired Headset.

The headset works well, however, the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound feature was **not found** inside the box. I am unable to activate the feature in the software (screenshot attached).

Could you please assist me by providing a new Activation Code for my account?

Product Details:

* Headset Model: Razer BlackShark V2 X (Wired)

* Serial Number (S/N): (Removed serial number)

* Purchase Date: November 9, 2025

* Retailer: Noon.com

 

I have attached a copy of my purchase invoice and a photo of the product box showing the serial number for verification.

I have verified that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number was registered to different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound was claimed. Also, the reseller is not listed as authorized dealer of the Razer products. I suggest you return the device to the reseller to request a refund. It's also important to buy Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure what you have is genuine. Products from unauthorized sources might be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Take care for now!
