Missing 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code – Razer BlackShark V2 X

Hello! I received a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones as a gift about a year ago. I still have the original box, but I don't have the purchase receipt. I registered the product to my Razer account, but I haven't received an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound. The software asks me for a code, and the support form asks for proof of purchase that I don't have. Could you please help me find a solution? Ty

Hi TonitoKUN67,

 

Once you registered your Razer BlackShark V2 X, Razer typically sends the activation code directly to the email address linked to your Razer ID. Look through your Inbox as well as your Spam or Junk folders. If you need to re-verify or check your serial number, peel back the left ear cushion on the BlackShark V2 X to find the physical product label. Otherwise, the original owner may have already redeemed the code to their Razer ID. Activation codes can only be used once and generally cannot be re-issued for pre-owned devices.  Please feel free to PM me if you have additional questions.
