Subject: Damaged/Missing Razer Gold PIN – Request Assistance

Hello Razer Support,

I purchased a Razer Gold card but the PIN under the scratch-off is missing/damaged and unreadable. I’d like help redeeming or replacing it.

Details:
• Approximate purchase date: [insert date]
• Retailer / store: [insert store name and location]
• Amount on card: [insert value if visible]
• Barcode/serial visible on card: [paste the barcode number if visible in photos]
• Order/receipt number (if bought online): [insert if available]

Attachments: 
• Clear photos of front and back of the card (including barcode).
• Close-up photos of the scratched-off area.
• Image of purchase receipt / proof of purchase (photo of till receipt, bank statement entry, or order confirmation).
