Missing code for 7.1

Hello, sorry if this is the wrong spot. Bought a headset. Installed 7.1 surround. Needs a code. Dont have a code. Not sure if it came with it and I threw it away by accident or if it just wasn't in there. Website said I could just register to activate it. I did and don't have any place that says something like 'youve registered get new code here'. Couldn't find a 'speak with rep' button and was just running in circles on website support section.
