You had better restore my two missing codes. It’s a shame that you guys produce inferior cards and try to find ways to justify your poor production. This is looking like scam to me because why can’t your so called support team restore missing codes to their customers. My next move would be to discourage people from buying these cards and also to file a report with trade agencies. Big shame on you guys.

I understand your frustration regarding the missing codes. Unfortunately, I have limited access to this part of our system. However, I recommend that you submit a Ticket or use our Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right corner to resolve this issue in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and a photo of the card with the code. Ensure the images adhere to the following specifications:

  1. Each image should be separate.
  2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt in one image.
  3. Avoid blurring or marking on the gift card and receipt.
  4. Adjust the file size to be smaller.
  5. Ensure that the images are clear and include all four corners.
