Hello, I have recently made an attempt to return a Mouse Dock Pro and wireless puck that doesn't charge and received a shipping label. Unfortunately I could not send the return because FedEx states I also need a commercial invoice which I did not receive. How do I obtain the commercial invoice or was I suppose to receive it with the shipping label? Thanks
