Missing "Connect" Tab - Trying to enable "Game Sync".

I just installed a new mobo/cpu today. All my razer devices are working fine. As I understand it, I should be able to control the lights on by B450-Pro with Syanpse 3. Based on all the googling I've done, I should have a connect tab that'll let me enable game sync. I'm missing that and can't for the life of me figure out what I'm missing. Send help.
