Hi Razer Support,

I own a Razer Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk 2077 Edition (RZ01-03050 / RC30-030501).

Unfortunately, I lost the original USB wireless dongle. The information on the original packaging shows that the dongle model is DGRFG6.

I would like to know if Razer currently has a replacement dongle available for my device, and whether I can purchase one.

I am located in Costa Rica and I can provide my device’s serial number and photos of the original packaging via private message if needed.

I understand that you are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer Viper Ultimate. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost dongle would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.

 

That said, I’d still be happy to help explore available options for purchasing a replacement dongle. I can check our inventory to see if we have a stock for a replacement dongle for your device. Please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and country of residence so that I can check our system for replacement stock availability in your area. Thank you!
