Subject: Missing/Erased Serial Code – Razer Headset

Hello Razer Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Razer headset. The serial/product code on my device has been erased or is no longer readable, which is preventing me from registering or activating the product.

Product details:
- Product: [Headset model – e.g. Razer BlackShark V2]
- Purchase date: [Date]
- Place of purchase: [Store name / online]
- Order number (if available): [Order #]

I have not misused the product in any way. The code appears to have faded or been damaged, which is outside my control.

I kindly request that you help me retrieve or re-issue the product code so I can complete registration.

Please let me know what information or proof of purchase you require from my side.
