Hello Razer Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Razer headset. The serial/product code on my device has been erased or is no longer readable, which is preventing me from registering or activating the product.

Product details:

I have not misused the product in any way. The code appears to have faded or been damaged, which is outside my control.
