However, during the purchase process, it was advertised that I would be eligible to receive a complimentary game called "Mordern Warfare II" with my Razer Blade 15 purchase. I was excited about this offer and looked forward to experiencing the game, but unfortunately, I have not received any information or code to redeem the game.

I would like to inquire about the process of obtaining the promised free game.
