Hi guys, I did purchase two Enki chairs from the Italian Razer Store, the Razer Store gifted me a gadget pack with the placed order. They splitter the shipment into two different shipments:
- Quartz Enki + Gadgets
- Black Enki
The Black Enki will be shipped soon, it was a preorder, the Quartz one was on delivery today, I got my shipment with the gadget kit only. The shipping paper details both chair and gadget but I’m missing the most relevant part of my order.
Is there any way to check with Razer Support where my chair is?
