    For Razer Gold issue, Please submit a ticket or contact customer service through Live Chat by clicking the green chat button in the bottom right corner. This will allow you to address the matter in real-time.

    Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

    1. Everything has to be a separate image.
    2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
    3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
    4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
    5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
