Missing Serial Number on Razer BlackShark V2 X – Cannot Register Product

Hello,I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I cannot find any Serial Number (S/N) on the device or the packaging. The only code I can see is the Product Number: (*Product number omitted)Because of this, I am unable to register my product on RazerID and I cannot receive the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software.I have the proof of purchase (receipt) and photos of the product and packaging, which I can provide. Could you please help me register my headset and send me the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code?
