Missing shipment

I placed an order on April 05 2024. On May 10th I received an email saying that it was shipped. Come June, concerned that my package still hadn't arrived, I reviewed the order history and noticed that it said "your package is Undeliverable" . As soon as I noticed this, I emailed the company on June 6th. A month goes by, & no response. I then submitted a ticket on July 9th (CASE # 240710-000554). STILL NOTHING. NOT A WORD. What’s going on with this company? Did I get scammed? I’m seeing several similar questions/reviews from other customers. Does anyone know an actual way to get in touch with customer service?
