Missing Thumb Joystick Configuration Menu for Tartarus v2 Pro after Firmware Update

Hello,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the latest Razer Synapse 4 update and my Tartarus V2 Pro.

According to the October 14, 2026 patch notes, the update has enabled the "thumb stick selection and orientation customization" feature for the Tartarus V2.

However, after updating my software and firmware, this new configuration menu does not show up anywhere in the user interface.

Here is what I have tried so far to resolve the issue:

1. Successfully updated the device firmware to the latest version.

2. Fully uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse 4.

Despite this, the new thumb stick options are still completely unavailable and not visible in my Synapse dashboard.

System & Software Details:

- Device: Razer Tartarus V2 Pro

- Synapse Version: 4.0. [removed by moderator] (Beta)

- OS: Windows 11

Any help or guidance on how to make this new feature appear would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello so I just bought a tartarus v2 pro. Because of the new firmware. But I am also having the same issue as above. There is no tab for the stick orientation. What can I try to fix it?
