Hello!!
I'm really new to this, so I'm sorry if I messed anything up! I already made a post, but I didn't put it under Razer Support. I'm re-posting it here so hopefully I can get some help!
Last December I purchased a Razerblade 15 (which I absolutely love!) and have been using it since. However, a couple of months ago I was looking at my Insider Rewards and realized I still hadn't gotten the "Travel Powerhouse" trophy.
My laptop appears on Razer Synapse and after searching around I made sure it was registered with Razer as well. Is there something I have to do that I'm missing? I attached my screenshots.

(PS- I am actually having the same issue with my new Blackwidow, but I'm traveling at the moment and I don't have it with me!)
