placed an order for razer green upgrade cap replacement set  for my keyboard caps arrived but was missing the  0) cap, have tried contacting Razer but the form you fill in does not recognise my order no 

Not sure what to do next ??

    Hi, should I just right this off to bad packaging or is their a possibility of getting the 0) cap.

    cant get in touch with Razer as they don't recognise my order no on the submit form ??
