Missing USB Dongle

I just bought a Razer BlackShark V3 and it didn’t come with a USB dongle. I see it’s a common thing. But what is the solution? Does Razer replace it or provide me a link to buy one?

Please note that the BlackShark V3 does come with a Razer HyperSpeed Gen-2 dongle included in the box.

Please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify its warranty status. I’d also appreciate it if you could provide a copy of your proof of purchase for verification. You may upload the document to Google Drive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link.
