Missing wireless dongle from kraken V4 / bluetooth connecting won't work

Hey, like the title says, I’m missing the wireless dongle that supposedly comes with the kraken V4 headset, I only noticed this was a thing as I was trying to get the bluetooth to work on my PC, it would connect but wouldn’t allow me to select the headset as an output device, the headset works when plugged in and is fully charge and on when im trying bluetooth but just wont allow me to use it for sound for some reason.
