My Costumer support experience started well on Reddit. The people there really seemed interested in solving the problem. All the best to them. Sadly when it got escalated it quickly became obvious that since they could not reproduce one of the problems, i would be sidelined and this issue would be closed. That’s exacly what happened moments ago.
Thankfully under EU warranty laws i can still claim warranty for this at the store i got it from, which is exactly what i will do in the morning.
Never purchasing Razer again.
Edit: it’s not a question, but i didn’t notice on creation that i had to choose something else. Point stands though.
