MOLPay Credit Card payment denied when topping gold coin

Hi, I tried to top up through MOLPay Credit Card. But after i key in my details, it throw this error: Your transaction has been denied due to merchant account issue. It did not even redirect me to the visa/mastercard details page. Anyone encounter the same issue?
