Dear Sir/Madam, After the automatic installation of the RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.3_S10_BOE_0B90_v4.3 update, the monitor on my Razer notebook stopped working completely. As a diagnostic measure, we connected a second external monitor, and now it only displays the attached image (see attached screenshot), with the boot/BIOS/recovery options, but does not proceed to the operating system. It is important to note that this equipment had already been replaced previously due to monitor problems, as per the support and replacement emails below in this contact. I kindly request an urgent analysis of the situation, as the problem seems to be directly related to the aforementioned update. I await instructions on the next steps for resolution or replacement of the equipment, if necessary. Sincerely.
