I have a current operating system. Deathadder v2 detects the mouse but I can only see its shadow. As you can see in the picture. The current freamware is installed.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your mouse concern here. Are you still experiencing the issue? Have you tried logging out and logging back into Razer Synapse 3.0 as a guest user? Do you have a Razer Synapse account? Please log in using your Synapse account and see if it helps.
