Hi! I have a current operating system. Deathadder v2 detects the mouse but I can only see its shadow. As you can see in the picture. The current freamware is installed. What's wrong ?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your mouse concern here. Are you still experiencing the issue? Have you tried logging out and logging back into Razer Synapse 3.0 as a guest user? Do you have a Razer Synapse account? Please log in using your Synapse account and see if it helps.
