I recently got a new laptop. It is a MSI Katana A17 with Windows 11 Home on it. I’m using the Razer Naga 2012 (RAZ-RZ01-0058) and the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Keyboard (RZ03-00380100-R3U1). I have both Razer Synapse 3 and Razer Synapse 2.0 installed on the computer. I mostly just use macros that I have mapped on the mouse. They are not working. They work on my desktop PC. I exported the profiles from my desktop and imported them on my laptop. All the profiles and macros show fine in synapse, but when I click the macro button on the mouse or keyboard it just performs the default function.
I have also tried changing the lighting on both the keyboard and mouse. Neither respond.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot or tell me how to fix this?
