Case: 210401-001906 Mouse and Keyboard like to stop responding sometimes it's randomly, sometimes when I launch my a game such as Hitman, my VPN, Webcam, or OBS to livestream I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the Synapse and Chroma software Processor AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti RAM 64 GB Operating System Windows 10 Any ideas?

    Turns out the issue is with Razer Cortex or Synapses since when I have those running and launch my VPN my mouse will freeze, and I will have to unplug it and re-plug it in or reboot to get the mouse to work again Razer may want to look into this *if they even read this
