Mouse and Keyboard like to stop responding sometimes it's randomly, sometimes when I launch my a game such as Hitman, my VPN, Webcam, or OBS to livestream
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the Synapse and Chroma software

Turns out the issue is with Razer Cortex or Synapses since when I have those running and launch my VPN my mouse will freeze, and I will have to unplug it and re-plug it in or reboot to get the mouse to work again
