Dear Razer Support Team,

I am writing to inform you about a disappointing experience I have had with the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed wireless gaming mouse, which I purchased recently and unfortunately, it broke down much sooner than expected.

The product was sent for warranty repair to the store where I purchased it, [Store Name], on 05.07.2024. Although more than a month has passed, the issue has yet to be resolved. I was informed that the mouse could not be repaired, but the store refused to offer me a new product, despite having the same model available in stock.

I chose to buy a Razer product due to your excellent reputation in the industry, known for the superior quality of your products. Unfortunately, the fact that this mouse broke down so quickly, combined with the difficulties I encountered in the warranty process, has been extremely disappointing.

I kindly ask that you take this situation into consideration and provide me with an appropriate solution. I value your commitment to quality and hope that my experience will be exceptional, as I expected from a Razer product.
