Hi there Razer fans,
I bought myself a Razer mouse (Viper ultimate wireless) about 2 years ago and haven’t used it much since but having recently decided to clean up my gaming setup and use my fancy mouse, I am noticing that the battery is AWFUL at holding a charge. It seems to act like it is charging quite fast when via wire but will go from 70% to 20% in a couple of hours. I know I am out of warranty but this sounds not normal? I would expect it to last longer given all the reviews say it is amazing.
So far I have dimmed the LEDs to 20% and changed the Hz to 500/sec. Is there anything else I can do / thing people suggest? Is there any way to pay to get it repaired? It cost over £130 but would pay more if I could go a few days without charging.
