Mouse Buttons Stop Working After Unassigning Macros.

After trying out the macros function on my Deathadder Esessential, once i unassigned the macro and closed the app… my mouse button 4 and middle mouse click stopped working. But this problem only exists when the app isn’t open in the background. I tried contacting support but the razer assist had problems when reconnecting me to them after i was prompted to restart my laptop so now I’m left without a clue of what to do.
