Hey polyPlumpPurplecar943,

I’m here to help! I understand how frustrating it can be when your Razer mouse isn’t functioning properly, before we start, please allow me to ask a few questions:

  • Can you specify if the disconnection happens when using it wirelessly or in wired mode?
  • Are you experiencing the clicking issue only with certain applications, or is it consistent across all use?
  • Have you checked if the mouse is within range of its receiver?
  • Was your mouse working fine before?
  • When did the issue start?

To isolate the problem, please perform the steps below:

  1. Check the Range: Ensure that the mouse is within a good distance from the device it's paired with (like the HyperPolling dongle).
  2. Test on Another Device: If possible, try the mouse with another system to see if the issue persists.
  3. Check Synapse Settings: Make sure the functionality settings for those buttons are configured correctly in Razer Synapse.
  4. Run Without Synapse: Disconnect from Synapse temporarily to see if the buttons work independently.
  5. Test Wired and Wireless modes: If the mouse works in wired mode but not wirelessly, ensure that it is set to ‘Wireless’ mode and check the connectivity selection.

We also suggest to follow more detailed troubleshooting in this article: How to resolve DPI, button, and detection issues on a Razer mouseIf these steps don't resolve your issues, we can assist you with the next steps regarding warranty service or RMA. Let me know how these steps go, and feel free to PM me with your device's serial number. All the best!
