Question

Mouse clicks don't work after sleep mode.

My Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed isn't registering clicks after sleep mode, and it's affecting other perfectly working mice when they're plugged in. I have to unplug and replug my Razer Basilisk X hyperspeed dongle for it to work. The firmware is up to date, the battery is brand new, and I tried different USB ports.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem.  Would love an answer.   When my Basilisk enters sleep mode it will not wake up no matter what button I click.   Turning on/off does not work either.  Please post a fix to this issue.   I hate having to reseat the battery every time it enters sleep mode.    Lots of people have reported the same problem in multiple threads and I’m not seeing any response to it by Razer support.  The issues just keep getting closed out.

Is there a way to simply turn off sleep mode?

It looks like Razer stopped supporting the Razer Basilisk x hyperspeed to force people to buy the new version (I really didn't want to spend 140 on a new mouse right now, but I did unfortunately) simply because their design fits my pualm the best. For sleep mode I don't think you can turn it off, the max is 15 minutes.

I have almost the same issue. My Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed gets out of sleeping mode, but I need to move it for some time and press the buttons several time. This is annoying and is a problem because the pointer isn’t always visible and I could click on something that I don’t want to.

This mouse was released little over one year ago. If this is really forcing people to buy a new mouse it’s pretty scamy.

This is ridiculous! After just 3 months, my mouse is completely useless. Button 4 suddenly stopped working, and now the mouse turns off and never comes back on. When I manually switch it off and back on, my Windows system goes haywire, and I can't click anywhere until I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete. I'm never buying another Razer product again! Forcing users to deal with this nonsense between 1 and 15 minutes is unacceptable!
