I am experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder mouse on a new ASRock H610M motherboard running Windows 11. The problem is that the mouse does not start or initialize when the PC is powered on. It only starts working after I unplug and replug the USB cable.
Here’s what I have already tried to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Connected the mouse to the rear USB 2.0 port.
2. Disabled Fast Boot in BIOS and enabled Legacy USB Support and XHCI Hand-off.
3. Tried both the Razer driver (via Synapse) and the default Windows HID driver.
4. Tested the mouse on another PC with Windows 11 — it works perfectly there.
5. Connected a different USB mouse to the same PC — it works correctly on startup.
Based on this, it seems the issue is specific to Razer DeathAdder and the H610M motherboard during cold boot.
Could you please advise if there is a firmware update for the mouse or any known workaround to make it work immediately at PC startup?
