Mouse Deathadder v2 pro wireless DEAD when unplugged

As the title says

I have wireless deathadder v2 pro. it worked flawlessly for a while, but in the last month it suddenly stopped to work when unplugged. wired works still perfectly. Synapse says battery is full. 

Any idea???

    Hi ste999,

    Does the issue persist when connecting via HyperSpeed (2.4 GHz) or Bluetooth? To isolate the problem, please do teh troubleshooting laid out below:

    1. Make sure the wireless mode is ON or the button is switched to the correct wireless mode.
    2. Update the firmware on your headset.
    3. Download and run the Pairing Utility of your headset.
    4. Try to reinstall your headset drivers.

    5. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
