i just purcased a new mouse the Basilisk v3 pro with the mouse dock pro and they dont charge. at first when i put the mouse on it would charge then flash very fast. i would pull it off thinking something was wrong then now when i try to charge nothing happens

hello,

i had the same problem. there is an easy fix. it’s because of the Puck from your mouse. just push the puck and turn the puck until the 3 points on the puck is straight to the 1 point on your mouse. i hope you understand what i mean :3

    I’m getting this same issue with my naga v2 pro, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve already had to send back the mouse and the dock, and it’s still happening. What am I missing here?
