My Mouse Dock Pro doesn't start up with Windows after a reboot. Although Synapse 4 launches correctly, the Dock Pro fails to connect automatically, and I have to manually unplug and replug the power cable every time.
I have already checked all Windows and BIOS settings, and there are no power delivery restrictions (USB power saving is disabled). All device firmware and Synapse 4 are updated to the latest versions. I am using a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse.
Are there any similar reported cases? Unfortunately, there are no Razer service centers in my country, but I suspect the issue lies with the software rather than the Dock hardware itself
