Mouse dock Pro Feeling ripped off | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

So purchased the mouse dock pro on the understanding I could pair multiple devices but this clearly isn’t so.

I get given that as its name suggests this is a mouse dock and would need to use the given dongle for the keyboard which is fine.

What I don’t get is why can I not pair a second mouse? I have the Naga v2 pro and the Basilisk v3 pro from my understanding both compatible with the dock am I right in understanding that only one can be synced to the dock? Or am I doing something wrong?

Also maybe I miss understood this but none of the devices will operate any higher polling than 1000hz I thought the dock pro was 4000hz? Once again am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated I really like these products. I am hoping this is just my stupidity and all I need to do is configure them properly with some guidance. I really do hope I’ve not just bought a lemon.

Thanks in advance for any assistance

All sorted now after re-installing synapsis.

You can only have ONE device connected to the dock!

I now have 4khz polling on my Basilisk and using the Naga dongle I can connect this and the keyboard together. Overall nothing gained and nothing lost except a lesson on doing more research before buying
