Need an escalation for an open email ticket. My new Mouse Dock V2 Pro shows in Synapse 4, but Windows 11 permanently says "driver is unavailable." It won't connect to any device. I'm trying to connect my basilisk v4 pro and cobra pro but neither will connect. Both mice work with the mouse dock pro v1.
Troubleshooting:
-bought replacement mouse dock v2 pro
-tried different USB cables
-Ensured no other dongles are connected or competing
• Clean Synapse wipe (deleted hidden ProgramData folders)
• Disabled Core Isolation/Memory Integrity
• Direct motherboard I/O connection (MSI MEG Z890 ACE)
• Forced manual .inf install in Device Manager (Windows rejects it)
Since there's no standalone firmware updater for the V2 Pro yet, I can't hard reset it. Is this a known Synapse 4 / Windows 11 driver bug?
I also ordered a replacement mouse dock v2 pro and the replacement does not work either. I just tried. Will not connect to any device at all. The original mouse dock connects to anything compatible that I try.
I tested it on my son's computer and I'm having the exact same problem. We both have very high end computers and are pretty savvy with tech issues. I have a z890 ace motherboard, rtx 5090, 48 gb 8800 ddr5 ram, 4 tb Gen 5 ssd. My son has a similar setup except has an rtx 3080 ti. I've tried connecting the cobra pro, basilisk v4 pro, and viper v4 pro and none of them will connect to the dock. The mice all work with the original mouse dock pro v1 and their respective hyperspeed dongles. The mouse dock v2 pro is the problem. Windows states that "no drivers found" in device list for the mouse dock v2 pro. So it seems like a driver issue of some sort. There is no software available for download on the razer website for the mouse dock v2 pro nor the basilisk v4 pro, so I wonder if that is also an issue? There is currently no way for me to update or verify the mouse dock v2 pro firmware without removing it and then readding it to synapse. I've tried repairing synapse and completely uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works.
Please help
