Mouse dongle replacements?

First, it' ridiculous that I've had to click about 20 screens deep into the Razer website to find a potential ounce of support. I just want to locate a replacement 2.4 dongle for two Razer mice I own. I've looked on eBay, Amazon, Reddit and YouTube and these don't exist. The non-Razer products don't claim to support Razer devices so logically I came to the Razer website. No luck. So, can someone from Razer please let me know where to find replacement dongles? Advice: Remove the UX dead end for customers when they land on the support page by asking them for their product serial number OR offer them another solution if the result is that their product is no longer under warranty. Otherwise, you force the customer to explore your entire website for a simple question. Remove this friction point so customers walk away with some solution.

I'll be locking this thread now so other will not hi-jack this thread and attempt to post their device's serial/product number which is against our house rules. I'll wait for your follow-up.
