I have a razer deathadder essential and when i play games like valorant i have to up my sens by alot. The normal sens for 1600dpi is around 0.20 but i have to have it at like 0.43 for it to feel some what fast i play on 1000hz polling rate does anyone know why it feels slow? Ive been trying to figure it out for like 8 months

+1One profile in Synapse or multiple profiles? If multiple - is there any chance that you have bound some specific one for eg. to Valorant with for eg. 800 DPI sensitivity in Synapse.

Check if you have only ONE or MORE profiles in synapse for your mouse.
