Mouse Idle Feature Not Working

Hello, my product is Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed, since I updated my Razer Synapse 3 to Razer Synapse 4. I faced problem with wireless power saving feature, many times it’s not working. For example, I set my mouse to enter sleep mode if idle for 2 minutes, but instead change to sleep mode, it blink and stay active. I’ve tried to fully uninstall my Razer Synapse 4 or repair it, but not solve the problem. What should I do?

To fix the power-saving issue, the mouse or its USB dongle might have outdated firmware that conflicts with Synapse 4.
