My razor viper v3 pro is connected and I am able to move it on my screen but none of the buttons work anymore I’ve tried factory resetting it multiple times and still have the same issue if anyone knows how to fix this plz lmk

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
