Mouse issues DA V4 PRO

Hello Razer community, recently i tought about upgrading my deathadder essential to a new mouse and i swtiched to the DA v3 pro, after some days playing on it i started noticing stutter and my click not going where i want in league. I decided the mouse is faulty and returned it, when swtiching back to my essential i felt no issue, went back to v3 pro, felt the issue. Moving on i got a viper v4 pro, tested it for a day and had no issues but i was missing the deathadder silluete and i returned the viper and got a deathadder v4 pro. Same as v3 pro, after 1-2 days of playing the stutter, skating, click not going where i want started happening, i did a clean windows install but no avail. I got a new mousepad even, gigantus v2, still same issue, i read some threads from while back saying synapse could be causing this.

Can someone help me with this issue please ? i dont  wanna switch to anything else than the deathadder but if i will not be able to resolve this i fear i might get a new mouse.

I am also using a razer ornata keyboard.
