Mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

So ive had this mouse for quite a few years now, but all of a sudden it just started reconnecting and disconnected over and over and over again. Ive tried updating the drivers, but the lack of a literal mouse made that difficult, and tried so many solutions, what I want now is just for some angel to bestow their knowledge upon me, so that I could get this demon out from my mouse causing this situation. Thank you :) edit: dear god please someone save me I dont wanna buy a new mouse 😭

I understand that you're having a disconnection issues with your Razer device. Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:
 

  • Verify Windows is up to date.

  • Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
     

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
